Saint Helens Trail Bag - Spare Tire or Ladder Mount
Choose options
Trash, firewood and muddy gear have to go somewhere on the way home, and every option is bad: inside the vehicle it stinks and spreads mud, in a plastic sack it splits on the first branch. The Saint Helens Trail Bag straps to the spare tire or the ladder so the filthy load rides on the outside of the rig where it belongs.
It is made from fade-resistant vinyl because it lives outdoors permanently and takes constant UV; vinyl also wipes clean, which matters when the last load was wet firewood. Adjustable straps let it fit a range of spare tires and ladders, and quick-release buckles mean you can pull the whole bag off at the dump station or the woodpile instead of unthreading straps. An optional lined interior adds a layer between sharp objects, split logs, broken glass, and the bag itself.

What to know before you buy
This is an exterior bag. It is not locking, and anything in it is exposed to road spray. If you are hauling split firewood or anything with sharp edges, take the lined interior option; the plain vinyl will eventually get punctured by a hard load.
