The Overland Kitted Spare Tire MAXTRAX® Mini Mounting System brings all the durability, stability, and innovation of our full-size mounting solutions to your MAXTRAX® Mini recovery boards. Engineered specifically to fit the smaller footprint of the Mini boards, this mounting system is built from cold-rolled steel nearly twice the thickness of competing products, with precision-welded reinforcements at every critical stress point. Pair it with an additional Spare Tire Accessory Bracket to mount RotoPax® and other accessories.

Innovative Anti-Wobble Design

Unlike other spare tire mounts that rely solely on straps, our bracket incorporates a proprietary traction system featuring four dimple-died tire traction points. These traction dies actively bite into your tire’s tread, accounting for the tire’s natural crown and eliminating lateral movement. Paired with the industry-leading 2-inch Mac’s Custom Tie Downs® heavy-duty ratchet strap, this system ensures your MAXTRAX® Mini boards remain rock-solid—no shifting, rotating, or slipping—even during the most demanding off-road conditions.

Genuine MAXTRAX® Pin Compatibility

We eliminated the frustration of strap-only designs by integrating a secure mounting solution using genuine MAXTRAX® Mounting Pins (pins sold separately). Whether you’re repeatedly mounting and dismounting your boards in challenging environments like snow, mud, or soft sand, our pin-based system offers quick, effortless, and reliable access every time.
