Thank you for choosing Overland Kitted. We work closely with premium manufacturers and logistics partners to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or our warehouse partners.

Made-to-order or custom-built products may have extended lead times. Estimated production or ship times will be communicated when available.
Shipping Methods
We use a combination of trusted carriers depending on the size and weight of your order.

UPS and FedEx: Most standard-size items.

USPS: Smaller or lightweight packages.
-
Freight Shipping: Large or oversized items such as rooftop tents, bumpers, racks, and drawer systems. Freight costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.
Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments follow special requirements due to their size:

Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise noted.

Liftgate service may not be included for all destinations and may incur an extra charge.

A signature may be required at delivery.

Please inspect all freight shipments upon arrival.

If the item shows visible damage, you must refuse delivery and note the damage on the delivery receipt.

For concealed damage not visible at delivery, report the issue within 48 hours with photos.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Most items arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped.

Oversized or freight shipments may take longer depending on distance and scheduling.

Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout when available.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on:

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you need to change your address, please contact us before the order has shipped, we are unable to change an address after an order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees caused by:

Orders Cancellations
Most orders can be cancelled prior to shipping, please contact us hello@adventure-imports.com to cancel an unshipped order.
Orders that are shipped and/or in transit are unable to be cancelled.
Custom orders/Special Orders: Due to production and shipping schedules, custom items and special order items may not be able to be cancelled or be subject to up to 20% cancellation fee.
Backorders & Delays
If an item becomes backordered or experiences unexpected delays:

We will contact you as soon as possible with updated details.

You may choose to wait, change the item, or cancel before it ships.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the countries listed in our website’s shipping dropdown menu.
For destinations not listed, please contact us at hello@adventure-imports.com and we will confirm whether shipping is available.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be longer than domestic shipments.

Some oversized or freight items may not be eligible for international shipment.
