Traction Board Storage Bag - Recovery Board Carry Bag

Traction boards come back from a recovery caked in mud and clay, with the lugs packed full of whatever you just pulled the truck out of. Loaded bare into the vehicle, that mud transfers to every soft bag it touches, and the boards themselves scratch panels and trim on the way in. This bag takes the dirty boards so the mud stays with the boards.

The shell is heavy-duty vinyl, which is the right material for something that will be muddy for most of its life: it wipes clean and it takes UV without going brittle. Inside, a nylon/polyester lining protects the bag from the boards' aggressive lugs, which would chew through a plain unlined bag. A large opening means you can load a muddy pair without threading them through a slot. Sizes are cut to the board you actually run: Regular boards at 43 x 13 x 3 in for one pair or 43 x 13 x 6 in for two; Lite boards at 36 x 14 x 2.5 in for one pair or 36 x 14 x 6 in for two; Mini boards at 26 x 14 x 2.5 in for one pair or 26 x 14 x 6 in for two.

What to know before you buy

Bag only. The boards are not included. Check your board size and how many pairs you carry before ordering: a one-pair bag will not take two, and a two-pair bag carrying one pair lets the boards move around. This bag is for storage and carrying; it is not a mount.
