The Eezi-Awn K9 Roof Rack is the rack that circled the globe — the gutter-mount system Expedition 7 ran on their 80 Series Land Cruiser across all seven continents. Fully welded 1-3/8" aluminum keeps it low, quiet, and aerodynamic, while a no-drill gutter mount makes it one of the cleanest installs in overlanding.
Key Features
- Five lengths, one width: 1400mm (55") wide in lengths up to 2.2M (87"). The 2.2M starts just behind the windshield and ends at the rear hatch to maximize roof capacity; the 1.6M clears the sunroof if you want to keep using it.
- Two heights: standard 150mm legs (7-3/8" above the gutter) or tall/table 210mm legs (9-3/4") that leave room for under-platform options like the K9 table.
- No drilling: proprietary gutter-mount legs sit in the gutter with a full-width clamp under the lip — no holes, any size rack.
- Serious capacity: on a suitably equipped vehicle, dynamic loads in the 500 lb range and static loads up to 1000 lb are possible (not a warranted rating — your load capacity will vary).
- Thule & Yakima compatible: keep your existing sport mounts using 6mm hardware around the platform perimeter, plus the full K9 bolt-on accessory range.
