The Rigid Industries Revolve 40-inch Light Bar packs serious forward lighting into a sleek, compact housing, then adds a trick that most bars can't touch: a Max-Bright auxiliary trim ring — in white on this model — that runs independently as area or work lighting. It's two lights in one, purpose-built for overland rigs, trucks, and UTVs that need long-range punch out front and usable scene light around camp.

Rigid's Broad-Spot optical system blends spot and flood characteristics into a single beam, so you get distance down the trail without the tunnel-vision of a pure spot. The housing is machined from high-grade aluminum alloy with an integrated heatsink and finished in a two-stage textured black powder coat, while an impact-resistant nylon bezel shields the lens from rock strikes, road debris, and UV. It shares E-Series mounting dimensions, so it drops into existing brackets, and pulls efficient current for rigs with limited electrical headroom.
