The perfect addition to the Spark grill our griddle plate is designed replace or be used in addition to the 6" x 9" standard grill plate of the Spark model grill and lock into place securely. Perfect for eggs, pancakes, fajitas and many other meals requiring a flat solid surface without the hassle of using a pan.
Made from our specially engineered Hybrid Alloy material the Spark griddle plate offers the exceptional cooking experience of carbon steel with the ease of cleaning and low maintenance of stainless steel.
