The TrailRax Jeep Gladiator Roof Rack is engineered for Gladiator and Rubicon models, offering extreme rigidity, durability, and modularity. Made from 5052 3/16" aluminum, the one-piece side panels feature a 90-degree bent channel and 360° mounting for tools, gear, and accessories. Anodized black TSLOTS, precision-cut in Utah, provide high stress and deflection ratings, with crossmember cutouts for easy hardware installation.
Available as a front-half or full-length rack, it includes a custom wind deflector that matches the windshield angle to reduce noise and maintain aerodynamics. Cutouts allow Heretic Studio 50" or Baja Designs S8 50" light bars to mount flush below the TSLOT surface, keeping the rack level for larger gear.
The mounting system uses CNC-cut aluminum feet to distribute load to reinforced cab points for maximum stability. Compatible with TrailRax accessories, this modular roof rack is ideal for overlanders, desert racers, and off-road enthusiasts, with the flexibility to upgrade or expand as your adventures grow.
