Traveling prepared starts with first aid you can actually reach, and the IFAK Velcro Pouch 2.0 mounts it in a secure, easy-to-grab spot — whether you are deep in the backcountry or running to the store. This updated version of our smallest first aid pouch now stores a CAT or SOF-T tourniquet on the bottom, held by an adjustable shock cord so you can dial in retention and pull the tourniquet without opening the main compartment.
Version 2.0 also adds an internal 8 x 7 x 2-inch insert pouch that mounts inside or outside the kit to match your storage needs. On the front, a 6 x 8.5-inch Velcro loop field is ready for ID panels, the included insert, or other Velcro-backed pouches so you can organize your kit exactly how you want it. The clamshell design lies flat for fast access in an emergency.
