GP Factor’s MaxTrax Universal Latch Kit in the Alu-Cab configuration bolts up to four standard MaxTrax boards (or two standard plus two Extreme) straight to Alu-Cab load bars, using the same acme-threaded latch hardware in Delrin, stainless, and nitrided steel. It’s the version most camper and rooftop-tent owners reach for, since it clips onto load bars already carrying gear rather than needing a dedicated surface — though it works stand-alone on a flat panel too. One honest note: the optional orange knobs look sharp but fade faster in UV than the standard black.
- 7/16" acme-threaded bolt and stud construction for long-term durability under vibration
- Each knob accepts a standard padlock; kit includes one pull pin for the non-locking side
- Alu-Cab version bolts straight into the 8mm slot used on Gen3 tents and campers
