The GearPOD XL is Leitner's high-volume poly storage box for the ACS bed rack system — delivering 4x the storage volume of the standard GearPOD in the same side-mount format. Still roto-molded from the same high-density polyethylene, still fully integrated with the T-slot system, but with a full 40-gallon capacity that handles a serious kit.
The second-generation XL adds the spring-activated Lid Lifter, an improved water-resistant silicone seal, and re-engineered brackets. Two locking latches plus padlock hasps on each end give you multiple security options. Installs with 6 TrakLOK nuts into the ACS T-slot.
Notes: Will not fit the ACS Forged for Ford Maverick — see the GearPOD DUAL for that application. GearPODs are engineered exclusively for Leitner ACS racks; mounting on other racks voids the warranty. Cannot guarantee keyed-alike units — note in your order if needed.
