The GearPOD ROOF is the world's first side-opening rooftop storage box — and that distinction matters. Every other rooftop cargo box opens from the top, requiring you to either climb onto your vehicle or use a step to access your gear. The GearPOD ROOF swings open from the side, giving you ground-level access to everything inside without setting foot on your rack or vehicle.

At nearly 96 quarts, it carries a serious kit. The Lid Lifter, locking handles, and improved water-resistant seal carry over from the GearPOD XL. The supplied mounting brackets are truly universal — tested and compatible with Prinsu, Rhino Rack, Front Runner, Sherpa, and other racks using a T-slot load bar design, in addition to the Leitner ACS ROOF system.

Note: Backordered — estimated to ship in 2-3 weeks. Water-resistant but not waterproof — store moisture-sensitive items in sealed containers inside. Cannot guarantee keyed-alike units — note in your order if needed.
