Get your recovery rope dirty and it still works, but grit ground into the fibers and dragged over rock and bumper edges is what shortens a rope's life. The full-length chafe sleeve takes that abuse so the rope does not have to.

It is polyurethane-coated ballistic nylon with a durable water-repellent finish, sized to slip over the rope and shield the whole working length. When you Yankum, the rope stays cleaner and lasts longer.
