A snorkel moves your engine's air intake from a low, vulnerable spot under the hood up to roof height, where the air is cooler, cleaner and drier — and well clear of dust and water crossings. The ARB Safari ARMAX system does it with a high-flow body built to feed the Hilux 3.0L turbo-diesel without choking it.
Why it stands out
The body is molded from UV-stable, cross-linked polyethylene — tough, flexible and fade-resistant under years of sun. The ducting and body are sized for airflow in excess of the engine's requirement, and the whole system is designed to seal tightly against dust and water intrusion.
