The All-Terrain Backpack First Aid Kit is Outer Limit Supply's IFAK for hikers, explorers, and rapid response — a wearable medical and trauma solution you grab and go when the kit back in the rig is too far away. Padded mesh shoulder straps, a sternum strap, and a waist belt spread the load for long-distance comfort.
