2" Heavy Duty Tow Strap

Yankum 2" Heavy-Duty Tow Strap — static recovery power, no stretch. Available in 20' and 30' lengths.
Built for real recoveries, not snap-and-hope gimmicks. This is your tool for controlled, vehicle-to-vehicle towing and static recovery — hauling a buddy off the trail, tugging a tractor out of a field, or wrapping a tree for a winch point.
Important: this is not a kinetic rope. It is a static tow strap for steady pulls and towing, with no dynamic stretch. For snatch-style recoveries, use a Yankum kinetic rope instead.
Made from durable military-spec webbing that resists moisture, mildew and UV. Both ends have reinforced Cordura-wrapped eyes for abrasion resistance, so you can run vertical, choker or basket hitch configurations without twisting or fraying.

Sizing and rigging
Stay within the rated working load for your configuration, and rate the strap to the heavier vehicle in the pull. Connect only to rated recovery points using soft shackles or rated D-rings — never a trailer hitch ball or a suspension component. The 2" strap suits UTVs, ATVs, small to mid-size SUVs and light-duty trucks.
FAQ
Can I use this for kinetic recovery?
No. It is a static strap and does not stretch. Use a kinetic rope for snatch recoveries.
Can I use it as a winch extension or tree saver?
Yes. It works well as a winch line extension or a tree-saver anchor point.
How should I attach it?
Always to rated recovery points via soft shackles or rated D-rings. Check your vehicle manual if you are unsure where those are.
