A Class V 2.5" recovery point that skips the sleeve. Most 2.5" hitch points size down to a 3/4" bow shackle (7/8" pin) — this one is machined to take a full 7/8" bow shackle (1" pin), and the edges are chamfered so you can run a soft shackle and take the metal out of your recovery entirely.
Machined in Idaho from 2.5" square 6061 aluminum, hard-anodized Type III (Mil-Spec). Designed and tested in-house by recovery enthusiasts, with a shackle tab you can mount vertically or horizontally to suit the pull.

Fitment and sizing
This drops into any 2.5" receiver. It does not include a receiver pin — use a quality rated hitch pin. As with the rest of your kit, size the system to the vehicle doing the recovery, not the one that is stuck, and keep every link in the chain (rope, shackle, hitch point, pin) rated above your working load.
Use it safely
- Pull in line with the hitch. Do not side-pull — it can damage the shackle or receiver, or tip the vehicle.
- Use only a quality rated hitch pin; a cheap pin can shear before the recovery point fails.
- Do not exceed posted ratings. Inspect before use.
