The ZEAL Pro E-Bike & Universal Bike Cover is built for the bikes that do not fit a mountain or road cover: cruisers, commuters, step-throughs, utility bikes and other non-traditional e-bike frames. It keeps motor, battery contacts, display and paint protected from weather, road spray and grit while the bike rides on a tray hitch rack.
Heavy e-bikes are awkward to wrestle into a one-piece bag, so this cover comes in two parts. The lower section lies on the tray first and secures with integrated nylon straps; you load the bike onto it, then drop the top section over and zip it closed at the front and rear. Expandable front and rear pockets fit trays up to 14 in wide, and the rack's own straps pass through the cover to hold the bike. The shell is waterproof nylon with weather-sealed zippers over an abrasion-resistant lining, and pockets accept the separate Light Kit.
It is meant for tray-style racks only, not roof racks. For traditional mountain or road geometry, the other ZEAL Pro covers fit better. Browse more hitch carriers.
