Wasatch Camp Utensil Organizer

Most camp kitchen walls are wider than they are tall - the strip above a slide-out kitchen, the inside of a hatch, the panel over a drawer bank. The Wasatch is cut for that space: 20 in wide, 16 in tall, landscape rather than portrait, so it fits where a tall organizer will not. Every utensil sits in its own slot under tension, which is what stops the drawer-rattle.

It is hand-sewn from 1000D Cordura. Elastic loops take the long-handled tools; nested pockets take cutlery, spices and small gear. It has the broadest set of mounting options in the range - L-track, screws, D-rings, clips or velcro - which is why it is the one to pick if you do not yet know exactly where it is going or if you want to move it between the truck, the trailer and the tent. It rolls up from the bottom so a loaded panel stays loaded in transit.

Which utensil organizer do I want?

Wasatch is the mid-size landscape panel, 20 x 16 in. Back Country is the same area turned portrait, 16 x 20 in, for a narrow wall. Overlander is the large panel at 26 x 20 in, and Top Chef and the standard Camp Utensil Organizer are the widest at 34 x 18 in. If you want a zippered dust cover over the tools, that is the Pacifica.
