The Heavy Metal Off-Road 18 in Utility Strap is a stretchy polymer strap with a metal buckle for lashing small gear: a bike wheel to a ROCK-IT rack or bed bar, a compressor hose, skis, a shovel or a fire extinguisher. The strap in the photos carries TitanStraps branding.
The polymer stays flexible in heat and cold and resists UV. The polished aircraft-aluminum buckle is over-molded, and you can thread the strap through twice for a tighter hold. It cinches anything from 1.25 to 5 in across.
Working load is 60 lb, so it is for securing gear, not tying down heavy cargo. More straps are here.
