Goose Gear Toyota 4Runner 6th Gen Rear Plate System — 2025+ Non-Hybrid

The Rear Plate System is the foundation of a 6th-gen 4Runner Non-Hybrid build. It gives you a secure, stable surface to strap gear to, or to bolt Goose Gear drawer and kitchen modules onto for real storage and access. Four hatches, two in the rear cargo area and two just behind the second-row seats, keep the space under the plate reachable. It is 100% bolt-in and fully reversible, so you can return the rig to stock later.

Who it's for

A great fit if you have a 2025+ 4Runner 6th Gen Non-Hybrid (non-third-row) and want a flat, bolt-in base for drawers, a seat delete or a galley. Look elsewhere if you have a Hybrid 4Runner, which uses the Hybrid Rear Plate System that floats over the battery, or a third-row vehicle.

• Storage below the large hatches is about 3.5" (88mm) deep; below the small hatches behind the second-row seat about 2" (50mm) deep.
• Usable space 43-3/4" (1110mm) wide x 42-3/8" (1075mm) long.
• Seat backs sit about 8" above the plate at their lowest point and about 10" at their highest.

Common questions

Do I need this before anything else? Yes. The drawers and second-row seat deletes all bolt to this plate.

Will it fit a Hybrid 4Runner? No. Hybrid vehicles use the separate Hybrid Rear Plate System that floats over the battery. This plate is Non-Hybrid, non-third-row only.

Does it require drilling? No. It is 100% bolt-in and completely reversible.

How much storage is under the plate? About 3.5" (88mm) deep under the large hatches and about 2" (50mm) under the small hatches behind the second row.
