The Sherpa Thunder is a full-length aluminum roof rack built for the 2017–2026 Ford Super Duty — F-250, F-350, and F-450. It installs with no drilling, so you can add a rooftop platform for a tent, traction boards, or recovery gear without cutting into your truck. Industry-leading ¼" thick aircraft-grade aluminum side panels and stainless steel hardware keep it strong while staying light.
Strap gear straight to the side panels or bolt on any Sherpa accessory. Choose Full Height, Half Height for a single-row light bar, or the Clearance Light version to match your cab's factory lights.
Fitment: 2017–2026 Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350/F-450. Does not fit models with the tall sharkfin antenna in front. No drilling required. Note: 2023+ trucks use a different bolt-hole configuration for the mounting feet; on 2026+ trucks with a sunroof, the air deflector may contact the crossbars when opened without affecting performance.
