The Diabolical Inc Ridgeback for the Jeep Wrangler TJ and YJ gives an older short-wheelbase Wrangler a lockable trunk. Diabolical lists the TJ fit as 1997–2006, and the listing also covers the YJ. It is for owners who run the Jeep without its rear seat and want that space covered and locked.

Two side walls support a pair of top panels and a forward wall, all thin-gauge steel with a powder-coat finish, cut to the tub to avoid dead space. Diabolical puts assembly at about 20 minutes and removal, once assembled, at about five. Tie-down rails on the lid let you strap gear on top, rated at 200 lb. It sits on carpet and keeps things private without making them hard to reach through the tailgate.
