1 lb Propane Bottle Bag - 6-Pack Carrier
Choose options
1 lb propane bottles are the worst-behaved item in any camp kit. They are heavy for their size, they roll, and their brass valves clang against each other and against every hard surface in the vehicle for the entire drive. Buy them by the six-pack and the cardboard tray disintegrates within a week, leaving six steel cylinders loose in the cargo area. This bag holds all six in one place.
It is sized at 11 x 9 x 8 in tall to take six 1 lb bottles standing upright, which is the only way to carry them without the valves knocking. Construction is heavy-duty because the load is dense: six full bottles are a meaningful weight and the seams have to carry it. Contained and upright, the rattle stops and the bottles stay where you put them.

What to know before you buy
Bag only. Propane bottles are not included. Six full bottles is a heavy load, so lift it by the body of the bag rather than snatching it, and carry the bottles upright.
