The Pathfinder is Morakniv's big-blade survival knife — a sturdy 6.7-inch carbon steel blade with a black anti-corrosion coating built for the heavy end of bushcraft. There's enough steel here to chop and baton, with a high-friction rubber grip that stays planted when your hands are wet or cold.
The 90-degree spine is ground specifically to throw sparks off a ferro rod (sold separately), and the heavy-duty nylon sheath is MOLLE-compatible for pack or belt carry.
