Jeep Roll Bar Fire Extinguisher Pouch

A fire extinguisher rolling around under a seat is a fire extinguisher you cannot reach. This pouch straps a 3 lb extinguisher to the roll bar, upright and inside the cabin, where it is visible and one motion away from your hand. On an open-top Jeep that also means it is not sliding into the footwell every time you drop off a ledge.

It is hand-sewn from heavy-duty fabric and mounts with wide nylon webbing straps that wrap the roll bar. The straps carry non-slip padding on the contact face so the pouch does not creep or rotate around a smooth bar on washboard, and they adjust to fit both padded and unpadded bars up to 3 in in diameter, which covers essentially every factory Jeep sports bar. The body holds standard extinguishers up to 4 in in diameter and the cylinder is retained rather than merely set in place, so it stays put at trail angles.

What to know before you buy

This pouch is cut for a 3 lb extinguisher. A 2.5 lb or 5 lb bottle is a different diameter and height and will not sit correctly — those need a custom order. The fire extinguisher and any mounting accessories are not included.
