The strap is the part that wears out. If the one on your seat organizer, mesh laundry bag or headrest trash bag has frayed, stretched or lost its buckle, this is the replacement — you do not need a new bag, you need a new strap.
It is the same heavy-duty webbing strap we fit at the factory, and it installs the same way: over the headrest posts, buckled off. Cheap enough to keep a spare in the vehicle.
