The Mountain Hatch Grab n' Go is the tailgate table without the tailgate: a long, 12.8-inch-tall slab of food-grade HDPE with Mountain Hatch's recessed square tray and round drink holder molded in, in four lengths from 22 to 52 inches. It sits on a drawer system, a fridge slide, a camp table or the ground, and it packs flat against the bed wall when you are done.
Pick the length for the job. The 22 inch is a one-person prep board; the 32 and 42 inch sizes span most drawer tops and fridge slides, which is where Mountain Hatch photographs them; the 52 inch is a full camp-kitchen counter for a group. All four are the same heavy-duty, UV-stabilized, FDA-approved HDPE as the tailgate panels, so they wipe clean and will not absorb odors, though they will show knife marks over time and are slick when wet.
