Forty litres of water, carried low, inside the cab, in space you were not using anyway.
The Front Runner Footwell Water Tank is moulded to sit on the vehicle floor behind the front seats, with a cutout that spans the transmission tunnel. That puts the weight of roughly 88 lbs of water below the beltline and inside the vehicle — not on the roof, where it raises your centre of gravity, and not in the bed, where it steals cargo space. The flat top section doubles as a non-slip load floor you can stack gear on.
