The Diode Dynamics 194 HP5 is a small LED bulb with a lot of output for its size. Diode measures it at 92 lumens, about three times a standard 5-watt 194 or 168 bulb, which makes a noticeable difference in map lights, license plate lights and cargo areas.
This one is warm white 3000K, the closest match to the yellowish look of the original bulb, just brighter. Copper inserts manage heat, a diffused optic spreads light evenly, and constant-current circuitry with transient suppression prevents flicker. Diode backs it with a three-year replacement warranty.
