Back Country Camp Utensil Organizer
Choose options
Not every galley has a wall to spare. The Back Country is the compact organizer in the range - 16 in wide, 20 in tall - cut tall and narrow so it fits the strip of wall beside a fridge slide, on the back of a door, or inside a hatch where a wide panel simply will not go. It still gives every utensil, condiment and spice its own slot, which is the whole point: gear under tension does not rattle.
It is hand-sewn from 1000D Cordura. Elastic loops hold the long-handled tools by the shaft; nested pockets take cutlery, condiments and spices below them, so the weight sits low and the panel hangs flat instead of swinging. Mount it from L-track, screw through the sewn-in D-rings into a panel, or clip it up with S-biners when you want it somewhere temporary. It rolls up from the bottom for transport and stows in a drawer or a bin.

Which utensil organizer do I want?
Back Country is the smallest panel we build, 16 x 20 in. It carries a working kit, not a full kitchen - if you cook for four every night, size up. Wasatch is the same area turned landscape at 20 x 16 in, Overlander is 26 x 20 in, and Top Chef and the standard Camp Utensil Organizer are the widest at 34 x 18 in. The Pacifica is the one with a zippered dust cover.
What to know before you buy
Accessories are not included. The utensils and spices in the photos show scale and what fits, not what ships.
