Position-sensitive damping built for the long way home. The ARB Old Man Emu BP-51 rear shock absorber is a fully rebuildable monotube bypass damper engineered for the 200 Series Toyota Land Cruiser, giving heavily loaded tourers real control over both ride comfort and body movement.
Unlike a fixed-valve shock, the BP-51 uses internal bypass tubes that firm up progressively deeper in the stroke, so small road inputs stay plush while big hits and heavy payloads get resisted. Compression and rebound are independently adjustable by hand, letting you dial the truck in for an empty commute or a fully kitted expedition build.
