The Forged installs into the Gen 4's bed rail system using rivnuts — a permanent, rigid mount that won't creak, won't flex, and won't move. Once it's in, it's in. The sliding rear load bar lets you push it forward to access the full bed when you need it, then lock it back when you're loaded up.

The ACS Forged is built from extruded aluminum in Corona, California and engineered to carry serious load — rooftop tents, GearPODs, fuel cans, recovery gear — with the full-length T-slot rail accepting Leitner's accessory ecosystem and most third-party hardware without adapters. Available in short bed (5') and long bed (6') for the Gen 4 double cab.
