A tonneau cover keeps your gear dry and your bed secure. A bed rack lets you haul oversized loads, mount accessories, and carry a rooftop tent. For most truck owners, it's been one or the other — because running both at the same time wasn't possible.
The Leitner ACS Forged Tonneau changes that. It's a full-height modular bed rack engineered to mount directly to the rails of a compatible retractable tonneau cover, so you get weather-protected covered storage underneath and a complete cargo rack system on top. Same truck, both functions, fully accessible from either direction.
What is the ACS Forged Tonneau?
The ACS Forged Tonneau is Leitner's tonneau-compatible version of their flagship ACS Forged bed rack — the same precision-built, modular system trusted by overlanders and built to the same standard, redesigned to integrate with a T-Slot Rail retractable tonneau cover. It gives you Leitner's full load bar system, GearPOD compatibility, and the ability to carry gear on top while keeping your bed covered and secure below.

What you need to run this system
This listing is for the rack only. To run the full ACS Forged Tonneau system, you need two things:
- A compatible T-Slot Rail tonneau cover. The ACS Forged Tonneau mounts to T-Slot Rail covers only — it will not work with standard folding, rolling, or tri-fold covers. Compatible covers include the ReTrax XR Series and Pace Edwards Explorer Series. Leitner strongly recommends a powered cover (such as the ReTrax PowerTrax Pro XR) so you can open and close the cover with the rack fully loaded.

Compatibility notes
- Fits 2007-2025 Toyota Tundra CrewMax in 5'7" bed configuration
- Will not fit with Trail Special Edition Bed Storage Boxes
- Compatible with and without the factory Deck Rail System
- The rear load bar does not slide on the Tonneau version
