⚠ Conversion kit — requires an existing ACS Forged rack: This kit converts your existing ACS Forged bed rack to be tonneau-compatible. Requires a T-Slot Rail cover (ReTrax XR Series or Pace Edwards Explorer Series). Cover and rack not included.
Already running an ACS Forged bed rack on your Silverado HD? This kit converts it to work with a T-Slot Rail retractable tonneau cover — so you can keep your existing rack and add covered storage underneath at the same time.
What this kit does
The ACS Forged Tonneau Conversion Kit replaces the standard mounting rails on your existing ACS Forged bed rack with T-Slot Rail-compatible rails. Once installed, your rack mounts to and operates with a compatible T-Slot Rail retractable tonneau cover, giving you a covered bed below and your full ACS modular system on top.
This is the rail hardware only — it does not include a rack or a cover.
What you need
- An existing ACS Forged bed rack already installed on your Silverado HD
- A compatible T-Slot Rail tonneau cover — ReTrax XR Series or Pace Edwards Explorer Series. A powered cover is strongly recommended so you can open and close it with the rack fully loaded.
Compatibility notes
- Fits 2007-2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD across all generations — select your bed size from the variant dropdown
- 2020-2024 models: does not fit with factory side storage boxes
- The rear load bar does not slide after conversion
