The Utility Module is the piece that makes a module-height 4Runner build sit flat and solid. It fills the space behind a CampKitchen 2.2 and gives the panels that bridge your drawer modules and seat deletes a level, load-bearing base — so your sleeping surface is continuous instead of stepped. It adds a lockable hatch of its own for extra secured storage, and it's CNC-cut and bed-liner coated to match the rest of the system. Made in the USA.
Who it's for
A great fit if you're building a module-height sleep-and-storage 4Runner and need the CampKitchen and seat deletes to sit level. Look elsewhere if you're not running the module-height seat delete — you likely don't need this support piece.
Where this fits in your build
- System role: Support module.
- You need first: The Rear Plate System and a CampKitchen 2.2.
- Pairs with / completes the build: Works with the Seat Delete — Module Height to level the sleep panels. Included in the Brian's Favorite Sleep.
Will it fit your rig?
Fits the 5th-gen 4Runner, 2010–2024 (not the 2025+ 6th gen). Designed to pair with the CampKitchen 2.2 and the module-height seat deletes.
Specs
- Fills the gap behind the CampKitchen so the sleep panels sit flat and supported.
- Adds a lockable hatch for extra secured storage.
- CNC-cut and bed-liner coated to match the plate and modules.
Common questions
What is this actually for? It supports and levels the flat panels over your drawer modules when you run a module-height seat-delete sleep build.
Do I need it? Only if you're building the module-height sleep layout behind a CampKitchen 2.2. It's included in the Brian's Favorite Sleep package.
Does it add storage? Yes — it has its own lockable hatch.
