The Revel's roof rack has usable space along its length that most owners never fill, because there is nothing shaped to fit it. This bag is cut for that gap: 40 in long, 10 in tall and 12 in wide, so it sits in the rack rather than perching on top of it, and it gets the bulky, low-value, occasionally-filthy items — chairs, awning walls, traction boards, firewood — out of the living space inside the van.
Because it lives on the roof it is made from heavy-duty fade-resistant vinyl rather than fabric. UV is what kills exterior soft goods first — long before abrasion or water does — so the material is specified for sun, not just for rain. The vinyl is weather-resistant to keep road spray and weather off the contents, and a three-sided zipper opens the top wide so you are loading from above on a ladder, not fishing sideways into a tube.

What to know before you buy
This bag is sized specifically for the Winnebago Revel and may not fit other vehicles. It is weather-resistant, not submersible — it lives on a roof at highway speed in rain, and it is built for that, but it is not a dry box.
