The Rear Ladder Trash Bag is 24 inches tall and hangs off the ladder rungs, so it takes camp waste, recyclables, wet gear or muddy tools without any of it touching your interior.

It is made from heavy-duty, weather-resistant vinyl rather than fabric, because a bag that lives outside takes constant UV, rain and road grit, and fabric goes chalky and stiff after a season in the sun. Velcro straps wrap the rungs and pull the bag tight against the ladder so it does not flap at speed. A top zipper gives one-handed access, a mesh bottom lets liquid drain out instead of pooling in the base, and Version 2 adds a utility pocket on the outside, which is where the roll of spare liners belongs so you are not opening a full bag to find a new one.

What to know before you buy

Do not drive with the bag mounted on the outside face of the ladder; flip it to the inside of the ladder before you move. Do not overfill it with sharp or heavy objects, because a loaded bag sits against the body panels and will work on your paint. The bottom is mesh for drainage, so this is a bag for bagged trash and wet gear, not for loose liquids.
