Some cargo boxes and accessories with recessed tracks need a little more room than a flush crossbar allows. These risers lift a crossbar up to create that clearance, giving you a simple, strong way to make hard-to-fit gear work on your rack. They also open up the crossbar ends so you can add a Smiley for extra tie-down points.
Each set raises one crossbar using four brackets, two on each end, so plan on one set per crossbar you need to lift.
