The REDARC BCDC1220 is a 20A in-vehicle DC-DC charger built to bring a 12V auxiliary or house battery up to a full, correct charge from your vehicle's running alternator. It suits dual-battery 4x4, ute, camper and van builds where you want reliable charging on the move rather than depending on a variable, often under-charging alternator alone.
- Multi-stage charging tuned to safely top up the auxiliary battery to 100%, protecting battery life.
- Boosts alternator voltage so the second battery keeps charging even on longer highway runs.
- Isolates the auxiliary bank so it will not drain your vehicle's cranking battery.
