This is the bag on its own — no pouches, no tools. Buy it if you already have tool pouches, rolls or cases you like and what you actually need is a 22 x 16 x 8 in shell that carries them, survives being dropped on gravel, and does not turn into one undifferentiated pile in the back of the truck.

Built from heavy-duty water-resistant material with a reinforced bottom, because the bottom is the panel that meets the tailgate, the gravel and the wet ground with a load of steel inside. Storage is split rather than pooled: a large main compartment, a zippered top compartment, a zippered side compartment, and dual end slip pockets, so flat items and small parts stay separate from the heavy stuff instead of migrating under it. Velcro loops inside take custom ID tags so you can label what lives where.
