MOLLE Fire Extinguisher Pouch

An extinguisher only counts if you can get to it in the two seconds you have. This pouch holds a 3 lb extinguisher on any MOLLE panel — a seat back, a cargo area panel, a roll cage panel — upright, visible, and clear of the footwell where a loose bottle would otherwise be rolling around.

The backing is heavy-duty Mil-Spec PALS webbing, and that is the point: woven MOLLE straps hold the pouch tight against the panel so the extinguisher does not bounce and work loose over corrugations and jarring, the way a clipped or bungeed mount does. Hand-sewn from heavy-duty fabric. The body takes an extinguisher under 4 in in diameter; the bottle shown in the product photos is 13.5 in tall with a 3.25 in diameter (10 in circumference), which is a typical 3 lb unit.

What to know before you buy
