Microwave Plate Pouch
Choose options
The glass turntable plate in a van microwave is the one piece of kitchen gear nobody thinks about until it is in pieces. It is not fixed to anything - it just sits on a roller ring - so on a rough road it lifts, drops and skates around inside the cabinet, chipping its edge and cracking the microwave's inner wall. Once it breaks, you are usually replacing the whole microwave.
This pouch is a simple fix: pull the plate out before you drive, drop it in, and it travels padded and immobilized instead of loose. It is hand-sewn from 1000D Cordura, cut for an 11 in plate, and it stows flat under a cushion or on a shelf when the plate is back in the microwave.

What to know before you buy
This is cut for an 11 in plate. Measure yours across the widest point before ordering - turntables vary by microwave and a plate that is materially larger or smaller will not be held properly. If yours is a different size, contact us and we will build it to match.
