Its double-sided design allows you to sear on the ribbed side or use the smooth side for other cooking. The cast iron construction retains heat evenly for consistent cooking. The included Iron Handle allows you to safely lift and transport the hot grill plate and doubles as a bottle opener for convenient refreshment.
