The Jetboil Genesis Basecamp packs into a clamshell that is only half the system. The fuel line, the regulator and the small stuff you actually need at the stove end up scattered across three different drawers, and the burner unit rides bare against hard gear. This bag is cut to the Genesis Basecamp so the whole cooking system stays packed as a unit and is ready to go on the next trip without a scavenger hunt.

The finished size is 11 x 11 x 8 in, sized to the Genesis system with enough extra space for the small essentials that always get left behind: utensils, napkins, a lighter. It is hand-sewn from heavy-duty fabric, and padding is available as an option if you want the burner protected from impact rather than only from grit. Keep the stove packed in it and the whole kitchen is one grab-and-go item.
