The GearPOD is Leitner's flagship side-mount storage solution for the ACS bed rack system — the box that changed how truck owners think about their trucks. Rather than occupying bed space like a traditional toolbox, the GearPOD mounts on the side of the load bar system, keeping the bed open for oversized gear while your tools, recovery gear, first aid, and essentials stay weather-resistant, locked, and accessible from the side.

The second-generation GearPOD brings a spring-activated Lid Lifter for easy one-hand opening, an improved water-resistant automotive-grade silicone seal, and re-engineered dual-stage powder-coated steel brackets. Installs in minutes using four TrakLOK nuts and Grade 10.9 bolts into the T-slot of any Leitner ACS rack.

Note: GearPODs are engineered exclusively for Leitner ACS racks. Mounting on any other rack system voids the warranty. We cannot guarantee keyed-alike units — request this in your order notes if needed. Water-resistant but not waterproof; store waterproof containers inside for sensitive items.
