The GearPOD HD is the premium evolution of Leitner's flagship storage system — built from CNC-welded high-strength diamond-textured 5000-series aluminum plate instead of the poly construction of the standard GearPOD lineup. It delivers 20% more internal volume than the GearPOD XL while maintaining the same exterior footprint, making it the highest-density storage option in the ACS system.
Dual air-struts replace the Lid Lifter spring for smooth, controlled opening. A stainless reinforced locking latch adds extra security beyond the standard key lock. Mounts to any Leitner ACS rack with four TrakLOK nuts — same installation as the rest of the GearPOD family.
Notes: Will not fit the ACS Forged for Ford Maverick — see the GearPOD DUAL for that application. GearPODs are engineered exclusively for Leitner ACS racks; mounting on other racks voids the warranty. Cannot guarantee keyed-alike units — note in your order if needed.
