Straps are consumable. The one holding your headrest organizer gets loaded, unloaded, yanked on and dragged across a seat back a few thousand times, and eventually it wears through or the buckle gives. This is the spare — a replacement strap for a headrest organizer, so a worn strap does not mean a new bag.
It is built from the same heavy-duty webbing as the original and installs the way the original did: loop it over the headrest posts and buckle it. Worth keeping one in the glovebox before you need it.
