These 20 foot 12 AWG extension cables allow for the longer run at 40 feet overall with the Anderson connectors at both ends so it’s as simple as plugging in to your solar kit. This is a great accessory if you camp in more shaded wooded areas and need the additional length to use the kits more effectively. Both extension cables are the same wire gauge. Choose Non-UV-coated if the cable will not be left out for more than a couple weeks a year and more flexible cables are desired. Coated UV is better suited for long term exposure to the sun but is less flexible. Both extensions come with black Anderson type SB50 ends. If you need red ends please specify in the memo section at checkout and we will happily swap them out. Black and gray SB50 Andersons mate together. Red only mates with red.
