When the tires stop finding grip, the TRED HD gets you moving again. This is TRED's toughest recovery board, built for off-roaders whose trips demand gear that won't let them down — a pair of Fiery Red boards that work as ramp and traction surface in sand, mud, or snow.
The secret is the engineered-nylon blend: rigid enough to hold firm pressure against the tire for maximum traction, yet elastic enough to flex under a loaded vehicle on uneven ground instead of snapping. The patented SIPE-LOCK grip profile is engineered to bite into the tire's sipes, and TRED-LINK lets you nest boards end-to-end — ramp to shovel end — for a virtually limitless recovery surface with no separate joiners. An all-season formulation keeps them working from -15C (5F) to 70C (158F). Note: these are self-recovery traction boards, not a rated jacking base.
